Hello Giants fans and the others!!!!

GO GIANTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GO BIG BLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kiss kiss ça va chauffer

and see ya!!!

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ - The Giants no longer stand alone atop the NFC.

The Giants D constantly pressured Cowboys QB Tony Romo in the game
Ensuring that their final visit to Texas Stadium will not be remembered fondly, the Giants lost to the Dallas Cowboys, 20-8, Sunday night. Instead of clinching a first-round postseason bye, the Giants lost their second game in a row and fell to 11-3. That is the same record as the Carolina Panthers, who visit Giants Stadium next Sunday night with home field advantage throughout the playoffs at stake.

The Giants are also in danger of losing their first-round bye to the Minnesota Vikings, who are 9-5 and host the Giants on the season’s final Sunday.

This is the first time the Giants have lost consecutive games since the first two games of the 2007 season. They fell last week to Philadelphia.

This was the first time the Giants did not score an offensive touchdown since a 23-0 loss to Carolina in an NFC Wild Card Game on Jan. 8, 2006 and the first time in the regular season since Dec. 5, 2005 in a 31-7 loss at Washington. They last failed to score any touchdowns on Nov. 28, 2004 in a 27-6 loss to Philadelphia.

The Giants played without their leading rusher, Brandon Jacobs, who did not make the trip because of the knee injury that has plagued him for several weeks. Right tackle Kareem McKenzie did not play in the second half after suffering a back injury late in the second quarter. He was replaced by Kevin Boothe.

The Giants also lost Sinorice Moss (calf), Kenny Phillips (head), Reuben Droughns (burner) Gerris Wilkinson (knee) and G Rich Seuburt (illness) to injuries during the game.

Dallas, which improved to 9-5, scored on Tony Romo touchdown passes to Patrick Crayton and Deon Anderson and a touchdown run by Tashard Choice.

John Carney’s 34 and 47-yard field goals accounted for the Giants’ only points.

Romo’s one-yard pass to Anderson increased the Cowboys’ lead to 14-3 with 12:13 remaining in the fourth quarter. On second-and-goal, Anderson slipped out of the backfield and found himself all alone in the end zone when he caught Romo’s pass.

The score concluded a nine-play, 72-yard drive that included a pair of 23-yard gains – the first on a Romo pass to Miles Austin, the second on a Choice run. Jason Witten’s 13-yard reception gave the Cowboys a first down at the one. After Choice was stopped for no gain, Anderson scored the touchdown.

The Giants trailed at halftime, 7-3, and gained only 78 yards in the first two quarters – 30 on the ground. The defense held Dallas to just nine yards on the ground in the half.

It was the Giants’ lowest-scoring half since Dec. 16, 2007, when they fell behind Washington, 16-3, on their way to a 22-10 loss. It was the second game in a row the Giants failed to score an offensive touchdown in the first half. Last week vs. Philadelphia, the Giants scored their only first-half points on Kevin Dockery’s return of a blocked field goal.

The Giants scored their first points on Carney’s 34-yard field goal with 4:52 remaining in the second quarter.

Before the kick, the Giants drove 66 yards in 10 plays following a Dallas touchdown. The longest play on the drive was a short Eli Manning pass that Kevin Boss turned into a 23-yard gain. Later in the series, the Giants faced a third-and-11, but Manning fired a pass down them middle to Steve Smith that gained 14 yards to the Cowboys’ 19-yard line.

Manning was sacked for a three-yard loss before connecting with Domenik Hixon for six yards. But Manning’s third-down pass for Boss was incomplete and Carney came on to kick the field goal.

Dallas scored the game’s first points on Romo’s 34-yard touchdown pass to Crayton with 11:11 remaining in the second quarter. On second-and-four, Romo scrambled to evade the rush, then threw downfield to Crayton, who got behind the secondary and caught the ball at the goal line.

Tom Couhlin challenged the touchdown, claiming Romo was beyond the line of scrimmage when he released the ball. After review, Walt Anderson upheld the ruling on the field and the touchdown stood. Coughlin is 5-2 this season on replay challenges.

The score capped a four-play, 58-yard drive following a Giants punt. The series began with Mathias Kiwanuka sacking Romo for a four-yard loss. But on the next play, Romo threw a screen pass to Choice, the rookie running back, that gained 22 yards. After a six-yard throw to Terrell Owens, Romo and Crayton hooked up for the touchdown.

Neither team scored in the first quarter, the first time that’s happened in a Giants game since Dec. 2, 2007 at Chicago. Late in the quarter, the Cowboys got as far as the Giants’ 27-yard line. But Romo was sacked on consecutive plays by Renaldo Wynn and Jay Alford pushing Dallas back to the 40, and the Cowboys punted.
